Before you order your Adaptavist Cloud Design T-Shirt (Embroidery Printing), we just need to remind you of the following:
- Your Adaptavist Cloud Design T-shirt (Embroidery Printing) and its postage are 100% free!
- Use your unique discount code provided at check-out - you'll need to manually add it
- For the Billing Address, please check the 'Same as Shipping Address' box
- Credit card details are not required at any stage - in the very unlikely event you receive an email appearing to be from Shopify asking for bank details, it is phishing and you should not reply
- After you've checked-out, you will receive an Order Confirmation email; if you can't see it in your inbox, please make sure you check your spam folder
- Your order will take 7-10 working days to arrive but could take longer. If you haven't received your item within three weeks please let us know on the Slack channel
- Items may not be returned or exchanged even if faulty. Sizing for items is clearly stated on the platform however if an item has arrived faulty, notify us on the Slack channel, including a photo of the faulty item - the outcome for which will be on a case by case basis.

One of the best things (out of many) about this is that it's made of 100% combed ringspun cotton, making it soft. It's not only extra comfy and is quarter-turned to avoid creases down the centre, but it is also durable as the neckline and sleeves have double stitching.
